Hello hello all my fans out there. I've been a bit delinquent around here. (However, good entries are up on my infamous Xanga, for all y'all in the know.) Just a quick notation that this was the best summer ever. Good realization (the best ones come quite spontaneously)--this was that time when I was, in fact, just as happy being single as I was in a relationship, if not more so. I really doubt I have time for a boyfriend. And having my real friends is pretty amazingly great for now.

Too many amazing choice tidbits from this past retreat. Way too many. I just want to retype all my sermon notes (which, like my usual class notes, are pretty much just word-for-word) right here.

Last summer, I felt like I needed to keep myself busy to keep my mind off of things--typically "summer" memories. This year, I'm just as busy, but no longer out of necessity.

Fresh Start

So with the end of that terrible week of living in 2nd floor Bostock or on my floor that made me feel like this,

I've decided to turn my life around and get on top of things for once. Spring break was especially good for me. I successfully completed rehab and finally mustered the courage to break up with my abusive boyfriend, Spike. It's time for a change around here.
